I just heard this (I think) new song on Highway 16. It was about some
hitchhiker who got picked up by Dale and got drove to Daytona. Hopefully
somebody can help me out with name and artist? I think the name is
something like "my ride with the man"

Thank you everyone, it is the song by Keith Bryant. Also, highway 16 is
channel 16 on XM Radio. Thanks to all who responded.

Isn't that the old hank williams song "the ride" but with new earnhart
